My name is Arun Bakshi. I want to share something with all customers who want to use mobile and internet banking facilities of State Bank of Patiala. Four months ago, I decided to use mobile and internet banking of SBP. I gave four time application request for providing me ID and password for online services. But I am very disappointed with their staff, because till now, they did not give me any information regarding this.

Hi, I am one of the customers of State Bank of Patiala for last five years. Last week, I urgently need money of 50,000 Rupees for my son's admission. My son wanted to take admission in B.tech. Then I decided to withdraw the money by cheque because the next day was the last date for admission. But this bank did not help me. They told me your cheque will clear after four days. So me and my son were very disappointed with their staff.

Next day, I wanted to transfer some amount in my son's account. But I forgot my new password that time I am very disappointed. So I made a request for an internet banking password by online services. They send me my password after one week.

My name is Saweta Kumari from Mumbai. My father has a saving account in SBP. Last month, I needed money and then I demanded from my father they transferred the money in my account. He went to the nearest SBP Bank branch. Their staff took money from my father, but till now they did not transfer the money in my account.
