Last month I purchased the new Panasonic LCD from Panasonic showroom. After some time there was some sparking problem created in this LCD. So I contacted to the Panasonic customer care. After one day the engineer came at my home and checked the issue. They repaired the sparking problem and no charges taken by me. I am satisfied with their services.
