I have purchased a vehicle insurance policy from Policybazaar insurance company. My car was damaged due to accident. I dropped an email for my insurance claim, but they did not revert me. After a few days I contacted to the Policybazaar customer care, and they try to make an excuse and transfer my call from one person to another. I am very disappointed with their customer care services.
