this is bloody shit service blackberry is providing in India.The handsets are of pathetic quality and the service is even more pathetic.Out of the 14 numbers provided all the numbers just rings and no one picks up these calls.truely disgusting

Guys you are right Iam been trying all the numbers given for BB service centre. blackberry company deserves to shut down. they think customers are idiot once they pay money and buys their mobiles. RIP blackberry

I have been calling from the last one week , but nobody picks up the phone. Even on Alternate numbers like this 61555316/317 nobody picks up the phone. It appears as if Not HP service centre , but typical Government Office.

I M PLANNING TO SWITCH OVER TO SAMSUNG AS BLACKBERRY SERVICE IS TOO POOR AND NO ONE IS BOTHER TO PICK A CALL ! ITS BETTER I THROW MY BLACKBERRY TORCH9800 IN THE DUSTBIN !!!! A PERFECT POSITION I MUST SAY!!!
