worest Service.Even Iam trying from Lasr 3days to know the solution for my problem,even nobody received my call in customer care.i think i did mistake to buy this big tv.customrs please check this review while buying big tv anybody.this is my homble request.

I am satisfied with Reliance Digital TV. I am using Reliance Digital TV product from last two years. One day due to rain the product has been stopped. I call Reliance Digital TV customer care to complaint my product problem. Within one hour Reliance engineer came to my house and change the product. He changes the product free of cost. So I am very glad with Reliance Digital TV customer care.

Hello sir/madam, I am a Vishnu Thakural from Delhi. I have a bought Reliance Digital TV product. But a few days I am facing some sound problems with my Digital TV. Then I called Reliance customer care number. The behavior of the Reliance customer executive was very bad. They rudely talked to me. I am not satisfied with Reliance Digital TV customer care.

Reliance Big TV customer care service is one of the worst customer care service I have experienced. I am trying to reach them from the last couple of months. After customer verification call gets disconnected saying due to large demand we are unable to connect your call to our customer care executive. Additionally, after 10 attempts my calls are barred saying you have reached maximum attempts. I have lots of my valuable time in reaching Reliance Big TV customer care from last 4 to 5 months. I need to shift my connection and also needs to activate few channel whom should I report. I am fully fed up with Reliance Big TV customer care services. I never thought Reliance Big TV customer care services are so hopeless and worst to this level.
