Last Monday I went to Renault customer care center and I see lots of cars standing over here. One salesman understands all the features of a duster, car to me. I like the features of this car, so I decided to take the Renault car. I gave the money and take the car at my home.

Last week, I took my brand new Renault Scala to its service center because just after four days of purchasing the horn and the engine of the car started creating problems during driving. Whenever I called the customer care executive he told me that we will send a mechanic, but when no mechanic had came, I decided myself to take this car to the service center. I made a very big mistake to buy this car.
