Two months ago, I bought Samsung washing machine from the authorized dealer. I bought it by looking the features and stylish body. But the reality came to me after just one month when the motor of the machine stopped working. My husband took it to the service center. They done temporary repair and returned it.

While complaint about cloths getting torn in washing machine was made, technician from TVS Electronics Ltd without properly inspecting told that drum is to be replaced (though I told that drum may not be the problem) and collected Rs.5305( including labour and services charge and Transportation Cost). But old problem continues even thereafter unable to use machine and unwashed cloths pile up in home. Despite further Complaint 8422256468 till now none bother to attend. Persons while delivering machine after repair claimed that 3 months warranty available & that I book a complaint. Instead of attending to the actual complaint the service provider has used the opportunity to make money. We are also in the dark if the machine was properly serviced. We are liable to believe whatever the technicians say as we have no mechanism to verify their statements. What can poor purchasers of household appliances do?
