I have yet not visited the center. But it seems that it is pathetic. I tried calling up atleast 15-20 times in last 2 days on its phone line. It either is continuously BUSY tone or RINGS but no one picks up. VERY POOR experience.

Hi Vipin, completely endorse what you have written. Nobody bothers to pick up the call. It is frustrating to only have a landline number mentioned, I fail to understand why a company of such repute can't have a dedicated line for its customers.

What is the point with Call in number, it says all the time - last 15 days "called subscriber has activated do not disturb facility" if you do not want to be disturbed - why are you running a service center - shame for a renowned brand like Samsun

AFTER SALES SERVICES OF SAMSUNG IS PATHETIC. YOU TRY THE NUMBER IT WILL PICKUP. MOSTLY ENGAGE SURPRISING HOW THEY ENGAGE THE NUMBER IF NOT TAKING CALLS OF CUSTOMER. NOBODY SHOULD BUY SAMSUNG. LG SERVICES ARE FAR FAR BETTER.
