I agree with abve comments being as our national bank this kind of services brings bad impression on our SBI.
i have no words to say about our national bank..its has got 3rd clas customer care service.

Ram here. The SBI services are better than others. I applied for credit card. They told me to wait for a week but its fast service are too good. fantastic experience they provide me credit card just in 2 days. These kinds of services make one bank best bank. Thanks

Sir I applied for a car loan from your bank. Your bank executive told me that they would provide me loan very soon, but its not good for a national bank such as that today has 1 month passed but till now i do not get any response from you. Your executive is careless. The services need to be improved. Poor service!

I am very disappointed with State Bank of India customer care. Last month I applied personal loan from the bank. But the bank told me the rate of interest, which was very high. I contacted with their customer care number to about personal loan, but they did not provide accurate information about the personal loan.
