Last time I create the state bank of Patiala net banking account. After some days I was not login my account. The error message shows on my laptop screen your net banking ID is not correct. I called to the customer care and complaint about this problem. They gave me the new ID within one minute. So I login state bank net banking account. Totally satisfied.

State bank of India is one of the biggest customer care in Mumbai. Last Sunday I lost my ATM card, then I called to state bank of customer care and request to the customer care executive please deactivate my ATM card. They erased my complaint and gave me 4 hours. After that, your ATM card will be deactivated. I am very glad with their services.
