Last month I purchased a cooler from Star CJ Alive Customer Care. It works properly only for two weeks. After that it created some problems in cooling. I called to customer care and logged my complaint. Next day, the service man came to my house and checked the issues. He rectified all the issues free of cost. I am very happy and satisfied with the customer service of the company.

I had placed an order of the iPhone through the Star CJ Alive website. I paid the full amount through my credit card. I received a message on my mobile that your order was placed. I did not get my order on time, I contacted to Star CJ Alive customer care and asked them about my order. They told me that you did not place any order, they don't have any record related my order. I told them that my amount was deducted from my account but no one listened to my problem. I am very frustrated with bad Star CJ Alive customer care services.
