I have very bad experience with Skoda customer care. I faced the problem of overheating of engine while I drive. I called to Skoda customer care and asked them what to do, I am shocked with their rude behave. They put my call on hold for minimum ten to fifteen minutes. I contacted them again, but nobody picked my phone. I am frustrated and not satisfied with Skoda customer care services.
