After purchasing a Skoda car from the company's authorized dealer, I am so worried. The service which it gives after the sale is very worthless. When I called to customer care to book any service, they talk rudely and after a long argument they booked my service. When I took my car to a service center for service, then I am surprised to see that my name was not there in the list of service booking.
