Hello, my name is Nishan Rathor and two months ago i bought a Sleep well mattress from company's authorized dealer with two year warranty. After using few days it went down from one side and unable to sleep. I told this problem to company dealer. But till now i cannot receive any query from the company side.

The customer services of the Sleepwell Company are very bad. Last year I purchased a sofa from this company. But this was the defective product, they were delivered to me. I called on the customer care services numbers of company. I had received a negative response from there.
