I bought a Sony home theatre from your Sony dealer m/s chaitrashree electronics in padmanabhanagar, Bangalore 560070. At the time of purchasing he gave false assurance that he would give 100 good Hindi songs copies in HD version as a promotion offer. He made us run from pillar to post for this. Also he took a 1tb hard disk drive from me and he did not return for almost 1 month. i had to run for his shop daily. This type of false promise and this type of attitude is not expected from Sony dealers. I am totally upset the way things happened. I request you to take appropriate action on this dealer, so that he does not cheat other valuable customers of Sony. My mobile number is 9900585151.
