I have purchased the new Sony Ericsson mobile from Sony Ericsson customer care center. After some time there was some problem created in new Sony Ericsson mobile. The battery was not charging properly. So I went Sony Ericsson customer care center and checked my new mobile. They checked the mobile and repaired in free of cost. I am happy with their services.

But I saw that there are no such features in the mobile phone which are shown on the box of the mobile. I am too much disappointed right now. Sometime ago, I bought a Sony Ericsson mobile phone for my mother. I had bought this mobile phone because I well heard that the functions of the mobile phone are so simple but I heard wrong.
