Last week I went to South Indian Bank to apply for online banking services. The bank staff is friendly to the customer. They help me to fill the form and also help in to do all necessary queries. The behavior of all employees is very good. So I like South Indian Bank.

Sorry to say, i am very disappointed with the services of the South Indian Bank. I applied for credit card last month. Till the date, i don’t find my credit card at home. Where is that? I have called many times to the customer care number but they are not responding well.
