Hello I am Meghana from Mysore. My question about Education loan. My account is in Chamarajanagar DC office branch. So I need education loan. I joined to communication and journalism, manasa gangotri, Mysore through qualifying CET but in my branch manager said education loan only for 1st rank students not for low rank. I passed in 68% in first class during Degree. I need right answer please.
