Very poor service of Sun Direct.
Taken connection 3 days but still the same have not been activated and Starplus channel is not there. Customer care no. given 3940 7575 is for distributors & dealers.

I made a complaint to sundirect on 5th May the there was problem in the connection. Without attaneding the complaint closed. I try to re-complaint people are not taking. worst service

horrible service no proper management.
They are thinking to get long period of charging and people do that then there will not be any service. Then maintenance will come charge 300Rs. Person will not come after 20 days. Dont buy Sun Direct connection
