I always paid my insurance premium on time, but last month when I deposit the premium and call to customer executive for conforming my payment, and then they told me that your payment has not received. Then I asked the bank staff, they told me that your payment is sent. So I am worried about this.

I suggest you all that never believe in the TATA AIG Life Insurance Company because they cheated the people and make their own profit. Last week someone suggest for about this company so I called them and they send an agent to me. The agent that time gives many offers and profits, but when I am done my policy I saw there was no profit with TATA AIG.
