Tata Capital provides one of the worst customer care services in New Delhi. Tata Capital customer care staff is so lazy and never help the customers. Two weeks ago, i applied for personal loan and i have done my all documentary work. But till today i did not get my personal loan. When i called to Tata Capital customer care every time they told me same thing that your loan will be sanctioned soon.

Hi, I am Vivek Mehra from New Delhi. Tata Capital is a fraud company. I took a car loan from this company. When I applied for a loan they told me that the interest rate was eight percent, but after sanctioning the loan they give me all papers related to my loan and I noticed on that paper the interest rate was ten percent. I complained to Tata Capital customer care, but I did not get any response from them.
