Pathetic sales executives and third grade sales service of tata docomo.my third time new number is pending activation since 48 hrs..which means I need to resubmit all the docs again..very disgusting service.

Never seen such a pathetic customer service executive till date . They sucks big time n even the service , their system is designed in such a way that inspite of telling them to deactivate the internet pack they still detuct 15 rs afrter every 3 day.

Very bad service, nobody is responding to our complaints of supply of 10 fauly instruments, and still asking for the bill payment, after promise of reconnection , they will replace the instruments but the never communicated and started legal process

What the hell is this company, while talking with customer care executive at 0.50 paisa per minute he put me on hold. Then unhold call after few minutes could not even talk well or speaking pure hindi and very slow in support. Really really unsatisfactory experience.

Very poor Service given by the customer Service person. When we call to the call center person Mr.Krishna Mandal he does't know English and continuously he is speaking in Hindi. What he is saying is not understandable. Don't know how they have kept such a worst person in call center.

But the executive is saying that there is no balance deduction on my phone. So where is the balance of my phone going? Check the all detail kindly and stop the deduction of my money.

Tata Docomo Customer Care Number always remains busy. I have called many times, but they are not picking my call. So kindly solve my problem related to my internet back. I activated the pack last week, then it should be deducted from my data back not my main balance and my main balance is deducted. Kindly solve the problem.
