I am highly unsatisfy with tata photon services. Because still i have not received bill of dongle. i have not received any monthly bill. i have complain logged twice time for bill delivery. still i have not received any call from your end.

the most unfriendly customer care enterprise. i have eever seen in my life. Most irresponsible towards customer/care/delight etc. false promises and unreliabale solution provider.

My self janardhan Pandit. Last month 2 months ago i join Tata Family from then onwards i am feeling unlucky to myself that y i choose telcome like tata docomo. :(
My no was bard last moonth due to there internal problems and still i m suuffering from that dont start my number till now.
Every time i call they say we are starting your number with 10 hrs or 12 hrs. but result comes Zero......
