Very poor technical support. Poor quality of reception since installation on 18 Sep 12. No action taken, inspite of numerous complaints to customer care and also speaking to the supervisors at customer care.

very poor customer care...no follow up procedure in place...absolutely useless schemes...was promised complimentary Cleartrip vouchers for 9000/- for 3 HD connections and nothing recived yet and no one has a clue about it...its been 2 months !!!

these guys should be banned from doing business in india. they don't deserve to be tolerated for cheating the customers by giving such numbers and not respondng to customers.

Hello, i am from Mumbai. I took the connection of Tata Sky. But after few days some channels are missing. So I had call Tata Sky Customer Care Number. They said wait one day only. I replied them OK. After one day all channels are showing on TV. So I very impressed of Tata Sky Customer Care. Thanks a lot.

I am not satisfied with Tata Sky Customer Care. I want to take a new connection of Tata Sky. So I had to call the customer care number of Tata Sky. But the Tata sky executive did not provide proper information about the connection. So I am not happy with Tata Sky Customer Care.
