this is ridcusious we purchased the tata sky package in online 2 days before. still your service team not even given any feed back or any information.when ever call ur customer care center they give any excuses. such a shame that your service isworst

Pathetic way to attend problem. Complaint no signal, 24 floor bldg, wiring in duct, technician comes without meter,tools.Just keep pulling wires to trace wire, unplugs, plugs back.Trying to see if it has worked. Earlier technician visited someone's problem, cuts others wire puts joint Sr refuse.

I purchased the Tata sky with six months free channels. The engineer installed the Tata sky and activate all the channels. After some days some channels were not working. I called to the customer care and gave the complaint. After that they gave the complaint number. But no response from their side. Not good service provider.
