I had subscribed to your TV through cable TV operator 'Action Lane" at Adyar. For last 10 days there is no service connection and response of cable TV operator is not satisfactory. He had promised that lot of channels can be viewed but to my surprise he had disconnected main channels without notice during past 6 months contrary to promise made orally. They are not picking up the phone 9940099799.

There is a frequent breakdown in the cable connection to my residence at 13, Mullai Street, Fathima Nagar, valasaravakkam, Chennai 87. In the last month at least 10 days we could not view the TV channel. On Saturday 1st of October, there was a breakdown. On Sunday it was rectified. Again since Monday morning that is yesterday, till now there has been no cable connection. I have made several phone calls to the number 9176853302, AVM Network valasaravakkam. We are sorry we have no other alternative than to go for dish antenna, which we are unable to afford. Please take immediate action, Thanks.
