There is long list but I am not going to waste for that, just see the highlights first timing if you came 1 minute late then it is consider as short leave regardless that you have gone late for last some days due to work pressure second if you are fresher basically they don't want to hire an experience (because they can't afford ) but sometimes they have to unfortunately so if you are fresher they will still consider us as an experience and there is no experienced employee to tell you how to do things performance appraisal omg what you said ,don’t ask for money ,just do your work as machine. Initially they will give you nice package, like 2-3 lakhs p.a. But reality if they will give you maximum of 1 lakh dont gives your original certificate to them.
