I purchased a Titan Classique watch and gifted it to brother. After some days, the watch crown part did not running accurately. I called to the Titan customer care number for the replacement of this part. According to them, I took it to the Titan authorized service center. They repaired the watch within two hours. Thanks to Titan for their supportive services.
