I bought HTC 820 Mobile 1 month back and I am not satisfied with product but when I visited to service center and dealer shop i did not get any proper reply,after struggling for so many days. Service center people said that my mobile will be kept for service for days minimum. I asked them that I dont have any other phone so need any other mobile for temporary use but they said no.I wanted to talk to their manager but there was no manager,staff was rude and not customer centric.
