I think it is the most busiest bank in this universe...I tried for at least 5 times, every time waited for 20-25 mins, but I never got the service of any customer care executive.Each time the same voice recording playing :Kindly hold the line :-(

ds is d most third class customer care.i also tried atleast 25 to 30 times and also waited for 20 to 25 mnts,but no reply from that side.ds is my humble request that try to improve ds service.......
