The worst by far. My initial complaint was registered on 14/5/2013 and today is the 31/5/2013 and still not resolved

I have been complaining for the past 3 weeks, it’s sad to say in this fast moving world you will never ever find an irresponsible team working in Videocon D2H, fooling the customers saying it will be rectified within 24 hours making us recharge. Now it’s the 3rd week, waiting shamelessly, still the same answer it will be rectified in 24 hours.
