Vijaya bank is a small scale business bank. They handle some small business, car loans, property loans and individual accounts, etc. last Tuesday I went to Vijaya bank and open the new account. They have taken some formalities like ID proof, 2 snaps and 2000 rupees from me. The overall experience was good.

Hello, before some months, I opened an account in Vijaya Bank of my child's name Rohit. It was child account and I submitted a Rs 500 to open this account. But the balance deducted from my main account without any reason. So, I called the customer care number of Vijaya Bank. The executive told me that it is not happening, but it is going on. Solve the matter.

It was queried about my passbook as i opened an account in the Vijaya Bank before two months. So, i called the Vijaya bank customer care executive whether my passbook is dispatched or not. The executive told me that the passbook was dispatched in that month. But i don't get the passbook yet. So, look into the matter.
