I was using virgin mobile last six months ago. But last month my mobile phone was not working properly. Then I have contacted the virgin mobile customer care. They have provided me accurate information about my mobile phone. Now I am satisfied with their services.

Hello, I am very upset with virgin mobile. There are no good features in this phone. Last six months ago I had bought a virgin mobile, unfortunately its not work properly. Last two month hanging problem is very fast in my mobile. Its service center is not providing correct information about the phone.

Virgin Mobile is a very cheap mobile phone in the market. I'm very disappointed from this phone. No good quality and no good features in this phone. Software problem is creating in this phone last two months. Yet phone was not repaired by virgin customer service center. I am very upset from virgin mobile service center.
