Last month I purchased the new virgin mobile by online. After some days the charging problem was created. Then I contacted to the virgin mobile customer care number. The engineer came at my home and check my mobile after that he repaired my mobile totally free of cost. I am fully satisfied with their job.

I am using the Virgin Mobile from the last 3 months and in these three months, i changed the battery three times. When i called the customer care executive of Virgin Mobile for this, he told me that there is no warranty of that product which i buy from an unauthorized mobile store. That is not fare.
