Not a good customer care service, I had a bad experience with Vishal Mega Mart Customer care service, I had received a Gift Voucher from the Vishal Mega Mart, Narela, Delhi, Store on purchase. When i went to get the voucher redeem after one month, I was told Validity period expired, However there was clearly mention on the voucher “This voucher is valid for three months from the date of issue". There was another declaration stamped on the voucher. I asked to the Store manager about the misdeclaration, but he simply denied entertaining the complaint. I then write to myvishal.com about the issue and i got replay this is a different company hence we are not able to help you out. I contacted to customer care and left massage to contact me. Till now there is no response. I tried to get the customer care email id but couldn't find till now where i can address the issue Vijay Kumar.

Sir, on 9th September I had purchased Amul Pure Ghee from your shop in Gurgaon. The Pure Ghee is adulterated with Dalda. Please take necessary action to replace the Ghee and also change the agent from whom you are procuring stuff. In case no action is taken I will go to consumer court and also use social media to publicize this experience.
