Hello, I have been a Vodafone customer in Australia in the past 10 years, without any problem. Unfortunately, my experience with Vodafone Punjab, is very disheartening. In July, I had taken a number from Vodafone Leela Bhawan, Patiala, Punjab outlet, and they asked me for Rs. 500 security, without any receipt, saying that the bill will show the expense of Rs. 500. However, the bill amount showed the only Rs.199, and the rest Rs.301 went into their pocket. I don’t know why they have added more than the monthly rental of Rs. 299 per month, while the number has not been used in India at all. I am highly disappointed with Vodafone Punjab. This is why kindly disconnect my number 9646667369, with whatever amount is owed to you guys. I just want to discontinue using Vodafone in the future. Supriya Singla Alternate Number- 9872887479
