Poor Service. Miserably unskilled staff with no knowledge of processes to be followed. To get a sim activated, it has taken a minimum of two futile visits to the store and yet till date there is no execution of the sim activation. Clueless personnel made to sit in office, which have no idea as to what is to be done. The beauty is the false promise they give with such assurance that you would never doubt the chain of troubles coming through afterwards. I need an escalation matrix or call me at 9910497971.
