Two days ago I was facing the internet problem with my mobile phone. Then I have contacted to the Vodafone customer care. Firstly Vodafone customer care is very busy lines. After 20 minutes they picked my call and listen my net issue. They transfer my call to the technical department. I am very unhappy with their services.

Sir, from one month I am receiving some unnecessary calls from the property dealing offices, retail market as well as some SMS is also coming to my phone. To stop this, I called Vodafone Customer Care Number they told to activate the DND service, but still the problem is not solved and Vodafone customer care executive are also not responding well. Do the need full.

This is Ekadshi here. I called the Vodafone customer care number last week. I had a complaint related my balance deduction. I do not activate any service on my number. The executive told me that my balance would be refunded to me within 24 hours and it was refunded within 6 hours. So, I am thankful for that person.
