Dear Sir, Please be informing you that my refrigerator is not working since last year and we had verbally informed registered a complaint with your service center a year ago, but still not yet solved and I have a warranty form up to 17-09-2015. Also note we had registered one more complaint on 12-06-2015 and they informed us like compressor is not working and them demanding for 3500 /- RS
