Last month, I shopped a Woodland canvas shoes of brown colour. I was already frustrated because, I got the courier after ten days. When, I had opened the courier the shoes was defected. I contacted to the Woodland customer care number to replace my shoes. But they did not listen my issue and cut the call. I am very much disappoint with their behaviour as, I paid the bill through my credit card. Kindly replace my shoes or refund my money.

I had bought Woodland shoes from its showroom. But after two months the shoes sole was started torn. I took it to the showroom for replacement. They said they will replace my shoes within a week. But now two weeks were passed, they did not inform me about it. I connected to the Woodland customer care number, they said, they can't help me. I am frustrated from the bad services of Woodland.

They said replace it from its store. I have changed my old T-shirt with a new one. Thanks to the Woodland support service.
