I used a printer of the Xerox company for two years. I had never faced any problem with this printer. But last month it created a problem in printing. I logged my complaint to Xerox customer care online. They did not revert me, when I called to customer care, they tried to make an excuse. I am not happy with their services.

Then I contact Customer care of Xerox. But they did not provide accurate information. So I am very disappointed with Xerox Customer Care.
