Hello, my name is Rajat Thakur and approximately six months ago, I bought a Xerox company Phaser 3260 printer for some office use. The printout speed of the printer is very good and easy to handle. The quality of color printout is also very good. I like this printer and satisfied with Xerox company.

The services of Xerox company is not so good. After purchasing the product from the company they can not solve the customer queries. If any one call to customer care of the company they talk rudely to the customers. After all these problems i am not satisfied with Xerox.
