Every time the company offers various tour packages at very affordable price. The Yatra Dot Com customer care staff is very good and helpful. I really liked the Yatra Dot Com customer care services.

I have an average experience with Yatra Dot Com customer care. I faced so many problems when I booked tickets from the website of Yatra Dot Com. I booked tickets from this website two times. My first experience was great, but the second time there was a technical problem on the website. I have tried so many times to booked my tickets, but every time it shows the same problem. I am not happy with bad Yatra Dot Com customer care services.

Hello friends, I want to share my experience with Yatra dot com. I am not happy with its services. They took highest money from the customers. Last month I planned a trip from Delhi to Goa. So I contact Yatra Customer Care. I transfer online money from my account to Yatra customer care. After some time they said please transfer more money on your trip. So I am not happy with Yatra.
