One of the worst nursing care facilities. I was admitted from 19/06/2015 to 25/06/2015 in cabin no. 318. I had a surgery on 20th. A trainee nurse a supposed to be present in all cabins for 24 hrs. In spite of that for the next 2 days after my surgery I practically received no care from the nursing stuff.
Cabin charge is Rs. 2200/- but most of the things like AC,TV etc. do not function properly.When my husband complained about that to the floor manager Mrs. Soma Das Roy she became furious. I reminded her that it was a pvt. nursing home & not a public hospital,i.e. every patient is a customer & they should be treated in such a way.She told my husband to get lost & do whatever you like. The stuff as a whole are a manner less lot who do not know how to behave with the patients. Only good people are the Matron, her assistant and the General Manager.
