I am not able to use net banking as the one time PIN for doing the transaction is sent to my India Mobile Number. Right now I am in Beijing, China. Can you please tell me what is the procedure to ask the bank to send onetime password for the transaction not in any mobile but through email. Please take this matter seriously.

Hello actually i wanted to know wheater my account to your bank is active or not as it was my salary account and if it is active then what is the procedure to convert from salary account to regular savings account help me because it this is being done online then it will be fine for me because right now i am in abroad so can't visit the branch please help me regarding this issue.
