The online banking service of the HDFC Bank is not so good. I am currently using the online banking service of this bank. It always creates problem with transaction. It takes a lot of time to transfer the balance. So i suggest to every one do not use HDFC Bank online banking. 11 Jun 2015

I am a senior citizen and last week I went to HDFC Bank to apply for new account check book. But the response to the HDFC Bank staff is very rude. HDFC bank is one of the big and private sector bank in Mumbai. I like three things about this bank. Firstly, customer service, second has reached ability and the third one is the interest rate is 10%. Last Monday I visited in this branch and open the new recurring deposit.
