I called the customer care number of Karur Vysya Bank. My query was related to personal loan but the executive might have lack of knowledge related to personal loan. He put me on hold and never came back. I was waiting on call about ten minutes. So bad service! 29 Jun 2015

I started banking with Karur Vysya Bank for taking the loan. Before starting the deal with bank, i called the customer care number of the bank. As the executive gave me full information and the process was very simple and i decided to join the banking with the bank. Till the date, i dealing from last 3 months but never found any fault with the services of the bank. So, thanks 29 Jun 2015

Last month I deposited two lakh in Karur Vysya bank in the name of my wife. The quarterly basis the interest rate of this bank is 8.5%. I think the govern banks are providing the high interest rate rather than this. But I prefer the Karur Vysya bank because this bank gives the smooth services compared to other banks. I am fully satisfied with their services. 05 Jun 2015
