Hi,With ref. to my cash memo number 30979, I would like to like to draw your kind attention and provide a quick feedback that your people are really active at the time of selling the dollars but unfortunately, the post sale coordination/services are really bad rather pathetic. it's being 2 months; even after calling out your executive 'Sujit' multiple times, I'm yet to get the response to return my SGD. I'll make sure that I never make any transactions with your company next time and won't even recommend anybody. 21 Aug 2013
