A pathetic shop.No customer sensitivity. Given a phone for Repairing of Display with the assurance from shop owner that the same would be repaired & provided by evening. Even after 04 days there is no clue of by when the hansdet would be repaired forget the handover, when asked to return the handset that was also not given as handset is also not available with them. No courtsey of giving any update to the customer, as whenever called, the commitmement of handover of handset moves to next day.Even the Shop owner is not interested in resolving the issue. 04 Jul 2011
