Srikant Tata Docomo Customer Care Number always remains busy. I have called many times, but they are not picking my call. So kindly solve my problem related to my internet back. I activated the pack last week, then it should be deducted from my data back not my main balance and my main balance is deducted. Kindly solve the problem. 18 Jun 2015
Rikshi I am Rikshi. I called Tata Docomo Customer Care Number to get information related to my balance deduction even i do not activate any service. Sundar Triloka Very poor Service given by the customer Service person. When we call to the call center person Mr.Krishna Mandal he does't know English and continuously he is speaking in Hindi.
