I am following up for resolving of my simple issue of viewing , but inspite of spending time, money and loosing peace of mind, our problems are increased. Daman I am using the Airtel digital TV from last 3 years. In starting it was working good, sound and picture clarity was good. After some days some TV channels were not working properly. So I called to the Airtel digital TV customer care and complaint about channels. No solution provided by this customer care. Very disappointed with their services.

Sukhwinder Singh I have an Airtel Digital TV connection from the last three years. The company provides me various plans and recharge options, but there are some drawbacks. They do not inform me while adding or removing a channel. I often talked Airtel digital TV customer care about this issue. They did not solve my problem. Shikha Hello, my name is Shikha and I am form Goregaon West, Mumbai. Recently, I purchased an Airtel Digital Tv connection. But before the expiration date of the card, it stopped broadcast all the channels. I called to the customer care number but they did not provide any information regarding it and told me to recharge again to continue Airtel Digital tv service. Raman singh Airtel digital TV has installed at my home. Some days ago, there was some signal problem created in my setup box. I called to Airtel digital TV customer care, after 2 days the engineer came at my home and checked the signal strength. He checks the issue and charged me 500 rupees. But still same problem is there.
